As we kick off 2025, I wanted to send you something that’s been on my mind.
First, though—thank you. Working with you and your team has been a privilege; as is your support and friendship. We don’t take that for granted.
As you may remember, each year I like to share a book with the hope that it brings reflection, insight and inspiration. I recently read, Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, and it really landed for me.
It’s all about how we show up for the people we serve—customers, colleagues, or stakeholders. The big idea? It’s not what we do, but how we do it, that really sets us apart.
In a world where it’s getting harder to differentiate our offerings and almost everything can be quickly copied, the way we serve others is where we can truly stand out.
This book is packed with stories and ideas about creating exceptional experiences through small, meaningful actions. It reminded me that the smallest details can often make the biggest difference. As Seth Godin aptly said, “People remember moments, not days.”
If this sounds like something you’d like to read, I’d love to send you a copy.
Enter your details below, and I’ll ensure it gets to you.
Thanks again for trusting us to be part of your journey and for your support and friend—I’m looking forward to staying connected and wishing you great work that makes a real difference this year.
Happy Reading

P.S. Spread the inspiration! If you know someone who would benefit from “Unreasonable Hospitality” please tell us about them in the message field with an address. We'd be delighted to send them a complimentary copy on your behalf.
